I am Alex, living and always have in Exeter here in stunning Devon. I am the Husband to my beautiful Wife, the love of my life, Nicola (we have been a thing since we were 18 years old, ahhhhh), and Dad to the 2 most amazing, charming, funny and inspiring boys, Adam and Aaron (we struggled past “A” in the name book).
MY TEAM
We are a household of music lovers! If you were to step into our house you can bet the kids will be rocking out to some Metal or i’ll be educating them with some 90s hip hop or some decent house music. Music plays a massive part in our lives. Everything has a soundtrack!
I love Fishing with my boys, Mountain Biking, Hiking and just generally being outdoors. Dartmoor National Park in Devon is my haven, I visit as often as I can and it’s the perfect way to realign, rebalance and ground myself. It’s a stunning place any time of the year and makes for awesome photography and video opportunities. I especially love it when the weather is bleak and harsh, nothing better than getting battered by the elements, Devon at it’s best.
Photography is my thing and I have plenty of fun with it when I am not shooting weddings in and around Devon and Cornwall. Weddings in Devon are my “work” (although it’s much more than that) however, I still get involved with VARIOUS PROJECTS which helps me strive to improve and constantly take my photography to the next level. My enthusiasm is constantly boiling over and I love a challenge. I also have a Youtube channel where I share my various film efforts, you can find it HERE
I consider myself so lucky to be able to step into your world and spend the day with you at your wedding. Making new friends, celebrating with you, your guests and family and just being there for you. And of course, most importantly doing what I love the most, documenting and creating.
I have been a Devon wedding photographer since 2010, covering mostly Devon and Cornwall and sometimes further afield. When photographing your wedding, my number one aim is to be an awesome addition to your day.
